from what i understand the main cause is that some journos just gain a conscience after they got a bunch of backslash for the fake hamas rapes story that was written by someone that isnt even a journo and is very pro-genocide, also the soldier setting themselfs on fire in front of the istreal embassy may have contributed a bit
