The 45+ crowd will vote for him because they support isn'treal and are afraid of Drumpf but I think we're going to see a massive drop out of young voters. Probably too with the people who already don't vote to begin with, namely service workers who are fucked over either way with D's and R's.

And here I thought Biden was going to win in November, time to eat crow.

It's ironic that the Brandon admin had been bringing TikTok influencers to the White House to help boost the public image of the Inflation reduction act, but now is like fuck it, I'm banning the whole platform to defend a genocide.

EDIT: According to the intercept, the white house is still courting TikTok influencers.

Americans aren’t sending their best to the White House.

Nope, plenty of under 45 libs are gonna vote for him. It’s the only way to save democracy.

I don't even know how much Biden himself cares about winning. I think the dem party will keep scaring people with Trump and hope that's enough, maybe try to throw out some last minute handouts right before the election, but yeah overall I think he's been toast for a while now. I guess Trump will just lay low, sell his shoes, bibles, and post memes.

It genuinely scares me that trump has a good chance of being elected

My mom is 50 and anytime politics comes up she just gets upset and says, I guess trumps going to win because we’re all doing whatever we can not to vote for Biden. She’s not your average 50 year old though.

Biden was always going to lose reelection, I never had a moment of doubt in my mind since the second he was elected

Is Palestine really a big deal for the average voter? I think the people who wont vote for Biden over it werent going to vote for him regardless

I think a lot of people that were willing to hold their noses and vote for Biden experienced a "straw that broke the camel's back" moment with the genocide. They didn't want to vote for Biden but were resigned to do it because Trump is a terrible person. Funding and arming a genocide is a step too far for them. It's something they can't overlook.

The Tik Tok ban definitely alienated a lot of younger voters. After seeing the likes of Jeff Jackson vote for the ban, many are jaded into believing that neither side is great.
