Last weekend I was in the final stages of selling my house and there was too much stuff to do to really relax. This weekend I'm not doing a dang thing, I'm gonna sit back and watch SGDQ or maybe the Olympics or something and play video games.
Going to the Asian grocery store.
If you have any favorite east/southeast asian vegetarian recipes, please recommend them! I'll pick up ingredients 😋
You can make the recipe much simpler by omitting some of the ingredients, but don't skip out on the sauces, noodles, cabbage, or egg. You can also add whatever else you want. I typically make vegetarian variants that don't use fish flakes or bacon. And dried yakisoba noodles are adequate; I usually go with Sapporo Ichiban Chow Mein (picture of the packaging, it says yakisoba in Japanese)

Final Fantasy XIV Dawntrail Expansion released today, so that's what I'm going to be playing all weekend.
Gunna play borderlands 1 and relaaaaax simultaneously
Sunday we got a boat rented with Cap'n, 11 other idiots and I are gonna go swim, check out some caves, get (more) sun then head back in the afternoon for a late lunch at the beach bar. Celebrating a couple of us getting older.
Well, I'm officially an unemployed bum this weekend. Today was the last day at the job I've had for the last 5 years.
That's because a competitor gave me a better offer, and I'm starting there on Monday. I was going to get a haircut, but I realized that the lack of one, combined with not having shaved in a while, makes me look the part for Saturday and Sunday.
So... I'll be clearing out my phone and laptop of anything pertaining to the old job, I guess.

Broke a tooth this morning, an ancient filling came apart. A local dentist repaired in but now I need a crown. So I'm going to spend the weekend chewing on the other side, and living on liquid I suppose because that is expensive.
Taking naps. Watching Hong Kong/ Chinese action films.
I have a kid’s birthday party to attend. That’s about it.
