Not precisely CCTV, but national television in a small country. I recently moved to a new gaff, renting the upper floor of my landlord's house.

It took way too long for me to realise the camera was fine, the TV was upside down because the previous installer used the wrong cameras and they flipped the monitor instead of installing the right cameras.
