Currently in a hospital bed just chilling, shaking, exhausted and going to rehab once I'm physically able to. This sucks. And my ex hasn't picked up my dog yet even though I've been in the hospital for days pictured: the IV tree of life.
Yes, if it's one of those benzo/alcohol/barbituate style withdrawals (no need to disclose) you can die from it without medical intervention. Fortunately the protocol isn't so bad, it's just disruptive to sleep on top of withdrawing.
Feel better comrade. Withdrawals are a bitch.
