the low polygon count makes it an ideal canvas for art, they're like free billboards

Ugh I hate that I like the way the cybertruck looks, and I like his one even more. I would drive the shit out of graffiti cybertruck if it wouldn't fucking kill me. How fucking hard is it to make a bit shitty car!? Ugh.

Oh, except the "Elon 4 prez" graffiti, that would be painted over immediately.

Actual cyberpunk cybertruck

The paint has probably improved its structural integrity.

solvent paint markers are cheap and i use them at home on canvas all the time.

For art projects!

The amount of "fuck trumps" on there makes me think the owner did this

[-] SpoopyKing@lemmy.sdf.org 14 points 2 months ago

Also no paint on the driver's window

[-] Hestia@hexbear.net 10 points 2 months ago

The owner is already far down the rabbit hole if they bought one of these

[-] DeathToBritain@hexbear.net 20 points 2 months ago

the best part is, if you try to wash it the car will rust to fuck at best, or get bricked at worst because it's not properly in 'car wash mode'

[-] AcidSmiley@hexbear.net 8 points 2 months ago

People have bricked it even in car wash mode. It is about as waterproof as you'd expect a car with such astronomic gap sizes to be, there's parts where incoming water can pool, and when you short one electrical system in the car, you short all of them because they're not wired parallel, but in series.

Unfortunately there are no "for science" videos for raccoons and tanukis. :(

But there is this for science for vid for human beings: Thief Peels Open Cybertruck's "Armored" Window Like A Tin Can | Carscoops

While the EV has an alarm, it is not triggered when a window is broken.

Such technology! So advance! Wow!

[-] HoiPolloi@hexbear.net 17 points 2 months ago

It's a huge improvement.

[-] FunkYankkkees@hexbear.net 16 points 2 months ago

Knowing that removing even a small mark from these cars is a very time and labor intensive process makes this funnier

[-] boiledfrog@hexbear.net 13 points 2 months ago

I'm in favor of shaming Tesla owners tbh

[-] Dirt_Owl@hexbear.net 12 points 2 months ago

Lmao this rules

[-] Azarova@hexbear.net 10 points 2 months ago

Saw one the other week that was the exact same blue as those blue dumpsters, was rather fitting lol

[-] edge@hexbear.net 7 points 2 months ago* (last edited 2 months ago)

As funny as it would be if someone actually did this, it feels kind of

blacks-rule

Who would write “fent”? Right-wingers fearmonger about fentanyl but no one on the left cares (because the fearmongering bullshit).

And “Elon 4 President” is just a little confusing. Why would you write that as graffiti on a bazingamobile and also alongside “Fuk Trump”?

Plus conveniently the driver’s side window and windshield are left clear.
