Material conditions will inevitably worsen as imperial super profits decrease and the bourgeoisie desperately try to hold on to their dominant position, looking to pillage whatever they still can. Crises will get worse and more frequent. The effects of climate change will be more apparent, massive disasters killing thousands in the US and even millions abroad in more vulnerable places. Economic disasters of a scale never seen before in history. Countless new wars, conflicts, and struggles, both home and abroad. Support will increase as it did with the Bolsheviks. The Bolsheviks had some ~10,000 at the start of 1917, by the end of the year they had half a million.

actually 0.04% of the U$ population voted PSL.

In a weird sense, that's somewhat comforting. There might actually be a growing class consciousness movement in the great satan of all places.

I wonder if Trump will ban them under the guise of "anti-Semitism" and being a national security threat.

[-] HumanBehaviorByBjork@hexbear.net 22 points 4 months ago

I don't think they'll grow to threaten the US state during his last administration. They're still less of a political presence than the Libertarian Party, for example.

Well no, of course not. But Trump is obsessed with a boogey-man. He did say he'd destroy the radical left or whatever this election cycle. So it won't surprise me if he does target them.

They'd be foolish to single out the PSL as that would only draw attention to them. Maybe they'll decide they're a wing of the nefarious 'Antifa' though

I think the big question is, will the lame duck democrats do it before the republicans get a chance to?

I'm sorry, I'll vote 0.7% less hard next time.

[-] Evilphd666@hexbear.net 12 points 4 months ago

sicko-pog Maybe .28% less hard so it's 69.420%?

At this rate we will fall under the party guideline of Communism by 999 Millennium 41. Jokes aside this is great news, even my pigass shitass state had people voting PSL. Not to mention that their presence doesn't end after election day and from what I see they are quite active on the ground throughout the year.

[-] CommunistBear@hexbear.net 14 points 4 months ago

Possibly even more, I know for certain my vote has yet to be counted yet since my state hasn't released their write in results yet

[-] ManFreakBeast@hexbear.net 11 points 4 months ago

I'm curious about the geographic distribution.
