Let me tell you from experience, the shower and the commode are usually plumbed in together so your piss mixes w shower water and your shower water mixes w piss. The shower doesn’t care and neither does the water closet.

Peeing on a doctor was more or less the first thing I did in life, so I speak from experience when I say they actually don't seem to mind that much.
I don't have a moral problem with it. But it might make the bath tub smell like piss, which could offend other people who live in your house.
