I don’t think I would. Sometimes folks haven’t figured out who they are yet, and aren’t ready to discuss it before they have worked it out for themselves first.

Or maybe I would. I dunno. I’d certainly want them to know that I’m ok w it. Maybe it would depend on the moment.
