The only alternative I have in mind is GitHub's issues, but I've heard people complaining it's too technical either so we went for the discord option. You cannot please everyone in the world ;_;
My schedule is very tight due to work, so I don't really have the time to implement my own bug report/support ticket system or try hosting something like bugzilla

Learning N4 level Japanese in general haha. I can read and understand a lot because I know more kanji than N5 level and I've been listening to a lot of videos in Japanese and watching anime. But I'm certainly still at the beginner level.
I'm better at writing than speaking because it gives me time to think and look up words.
I did it last time! It was very fun. I even bumped into my high school classmate(and she was even about to study overseas, so I was really lucky lol)

Higher management being very unreasonable and unrealistic... Today they want to deploy several large modules that weren't even tested by QA(which is a huge red flag) and I never even had time to prepare for deployment because they kept rushing me to develop the thing.
I wanted to resign about 2 months ago(for the same reasons, but back then it wasn't THIS bad) but I decided against it. I should have resigned back then. 😑
And this is exactly how u make developers stop having passion for coding.
