I’ve stopped going to large stadium shows for the most part a good while ago. It’s just getting ridiculous. Most of the best shows I’ve ever been at have all been in smaller venues anyway…
Honestly… I love Linux with all my heart. I can firsthand say that the Linux Desktop is 20 thousand times better than when I got into it around the first Ubuntu betas, but it’s still quite a mess in certain areas. It often boils down to the hardware and software you expect to run on it (or viable alternatives, if they exist) being compatible or not.
Adding types on an untyped project is hell. Greenfield stuff is usually pretty smooth sailing as far as I’m concerned…
I understand and agree with your general point, but this idea that everyone can “just” leave their country, or hell, sometimes even the general area they live in, needs to die.
I often just forgot to turn it on, to be perfectly fair.
I know Go has gophers
Gotta appreciate how I Googled that phrase, clicked on the first YouTube link, and the very first comment was along the lines of “US conservatives reacting to mass shootings”
I’ve honestly yet to see or feel those. I however exclusively browse my subscriptions feed, so I guess I filtered most of them out by my community choices?

“Up to date” and “LTS” are kind of antithetical
Did I miss something OP said that made you think that? I’d indeed be happy I could smoke again, too. There’d be existential crisis and all, too, but cigarette would 100% be back. Man, and it’s been like 10 years, imagine someone who just quit lol
Did they really expect 3rd shift people to be clean lol
To be fair, when I hear a union rep saying “this outcome was good for the employer”, I kind of assume it is consequently bad for the workers. I don’t really believe win/win situations really happen in labour agreement negos lol
