I think this whole administration is just insider trading. Trump tells everyone in the inner circle that he's going to blow up the economy and they make their moves, then a little later we find out. Next he tells them he's going to cool things down and they make their moves, and then later we find out.
I really do think pump and dump is just the entire motivation of the economic policies
