I think this whole administration is just insider trading. Trump tells everyone in the inner circle that he's going to blow up the economy and they make their moves, then a little later we find out. Next he tells them he's going to cool things down and they make their moves, and then later we find out.
Best part is CNBC just reported no one at the White House is aware of any 90 day pause
