You're correct, and I think the phrase in the image is just kind of a more old timey thing that people don't say much anymore and doesn't have anything shitty behind it.

But, as a mod, better safe than sorry imo.

Im trans and it doesnt feel transphobic to me at all. Cis people can perform drag of their own gender, see Cher, Chappel Roan, Lady Gaga. It's about the exaggerated performance of gender. It's less common to hear people say it about men acting manly, but the concept still applies
