Two people carrying a big dog together is a buddy system to ensure safety. We trust our troops with the buddy system, yet in society we entrust a big dog to a singular person and force them to carry it.
Do you know the conditions our TROOPS carry dogs in? They need the buddy system. You don't need a buddy to take your dog to the mall
