This clip appears to be from France but I hope this is implemented there. Much easier in Europe with the small streets, you need some long rope for the average LA road. That probably helps the French protests get so intense, much easier to barricade, and more stuff to grab and burn in the denser cities.
Maybe we can have France also considered Occupied Mexico, you know, as a treat?
