Read the linked articles, they are not long. A small handful of cases are being carefully exaggerated in the post body to make it seem like a much broader problem.
The following claims are unsupported by the links:
These fairly obvious lies aside, the badly cropped image and the "supposedly ending" should be a dead giveaway that this person is being manipulative. 4/10 misinformation post. Not the worst work I've seen op, but kinda meh. I'm sure you can do better.
These are verified US government and news sources you can look up directly from the links provided or elsewhere.
The 1976 senate committee led by frank Church is established historical fact.
the US military and intelligence agencies admitted to conducting hundreds of chemical and biological weapons testing on civilian and military personnel without consent.
those experiments are established fact.
that Senate committee hearing includes all the testimony and documents from the scientists and military officials who conducted these tests.
The reveal of these experiments are fully supported by recordings and documents of that Senate hearing and the scientists and military personnel who testified to designing and conducting those experiments.

As usual, a couple careful lies are inserted into a broader, more sensible argument.
Give me your source for hundreds, instead of a small handful that your links had.
Give me your source for weapons, instead of mostly harmless stuff that sickened less than 0.1% of people exposed like your links said.

aside from the already linked sources you aren't reading, here's PBS explaining a specific couple hundred of the tests (a small portion of the tests revealed by the church committee) in plain English.

if you want to go into more detail or look at the hundreds of other tests that the US government admitted to, you can read the linked articles, the actual Church committee report itself and any of the testimonies given by the scientists and us government agencies who conducted these tests.

acquiring new verified knowledge is called learning, it's not a trick.
That PBS article says 200 total tests were conducted to study biological weapons. This does not mean 200 were large scale releases on the American public. It then talks about the same handful of examples your wikipedia article lists. This does not support your overall claim. If you said a dozen large scale tests, with hundreds of total tests with some being much smaller, you'd probably be fine.
They were testing for how spread works for something like Anthrax by releasing other, not-Anthrax bacteria. The bacteria they released were not weapons. This is why everybody didn't just fucking die.
You're a manipulator and a deceiver, op. It doesn't matter if you yourself were deceived first.

there is no suggestion anything on the church committee was made up and all the evidence presented during the hearing supports the findings of the Senate committee.

The US government has admitted to these biological weapons attacks, the senate committee investigated, recorded it and has the documents and recordings.

Again, a dozen large scale experiments and 200 total experiments does not let you combine the two and say 200 large scale experiments. Doing so is inaccurate.
Studying the spread of one pathogen by releasing a different one is not "biological weapons attacks".
I got all of this from your links, which would have been very hard for me to do without reading them. Your links do not say what you say. They say what I say, and I encourage everyone to read them and find that out for themselves.

Now if only your links were supporting your overall message. I think the only thing we agree on is that people should read the material themselves. Most of them will not see that as strong evidence for chemtrails, I'm afraid.

You should review my old comments, that is not an accurate description of what I've said. Perhaps you have me confused with someone else. From my earliest and still completely unedited comments, I have said you say some true things, and some lies, and that you mix them together.
I have never tried to "discredit all" of anything. I have fully acknowledged that some things you say are true. You just lie alongside the true things, and then delete them when you are caught.
