Thank you. Unfortunately some professionals still don't get it, even when it's right in front of their face. I was recently having some useless mental health therapy, I just stuck it out to help my benefit appeal. The therapist was awful in so many ways. When I told her how fearful i was of becoming homeless if I lose my appeal, she just said "Don't worry if you become homeless I'll put you in touch with a homeless shelter," like it was no big deal at all. When I didn't want to continue her shitty therapy she threatened to call the benefits people and tell them I wasn't continuing with it, which could have adversely affected my appeal so I stuck the therapy out to the end even though it was making me worse, not better.
