But why would they do that. Professional gambling adds so much value to society and professional gamblers aren't at all like second order parasites
i dont think theyre doing this out of any desire to get rid of parasites, theyre just scrounging through the couch cushions to find some pennies.
They're parasites for sure, but at least they're usually leeching off the house
Eh only real ways to have positive EV at a casino are card counting blackjack, which they actively try to make impossible, and poker, where you're trying to take money from gambling addicts while the house takes rake.
Capitalism creates people like this. Everyone is desperate to escape the "rat race".
