I think they want to hunt wolves again. IIRC, Minnesota was the only state you could hunt wolves for a couple years, and I guess some folks miss it.

My mistake, I thought I had read in an article Minnesota was the only state, maybe it was just a certain time frame. I'm probably just incorrect.
