Biden has to be trying to lose at this point right?

I unironically think dem leaderships want to lose the presidency to Trump while gaining a majority in congress at this point.

Exactly. Dems learned the best way to fundraise is to lose and push their failures onto the public, reaping the 'reward' of people justifiably panicking over losing rights
