"Oh but it's still good" Joe Biden's team did 20 minutes of research to figure out what figure they could use that would not upset their corporate donors while still seemingly being 'good enough' to throw out, and it's STILL never gonna happen because they need the legislative and executive branches, and barring Donald Trump dying that won't be happening. And if they are in position where they actually have the ability to enact it, they just won't.
