I don't think the post title is inaccurate. He did say that Biden gave him Covid. He just was just lying.
The exact quote from the video at 50 seconds was "Has anyone ever got clapped up from POTUS? Maybe I'm the first." He doesn't say "Maybe I will be the first" or "Maybe I would be the first". He says "I'm" which means I am. "Maybe I'm the first" means that it happened and maybe it hasn't happened before.
About 3 hours after I made my post, he tweets that it was a joke. I don't believe that. I think he was lying for popularity. I think he meant to deceive people.
Or it could have been that he was telling the truth before and now he's lying to say that it was a joke because he realized it makes Biden look bad. Either way, he did say it in the video.
