How would they track that though for private citizens? Would they just monitor Brazilian Twitter accounts and see if they keep posting after the ban or would it be something more invasive?

Fuck Twitter and Musk, obviously, but I'm assuming we'll start to see Western governments pulling similar shit with sites and services they don't like

Private citizens is just too damn expensive in practice but it's something the government can keep in its back pocket to charge people with

Businesses though? For sure will be monitored

They're not going to enforce it for regular Brazilians, but if you're stupid enough to go to Twitter to insult the judge and stir shit up, be sure they're going for you.
