I made some curry for lunches next week! I can feel some of my palate improving because I felt myself craving fresh fruit and not processed slop. Watermelon and pineapples are so good! I love them! Now I want to explore some more umami non-meal things to eat that aren’t a processed snack.

I unfortunately had some wine over the weekend but it was with my folks so I consider that slip worth it.

Getting into the process of finding a therapist now that I have my first paycheck. I’m going to try CBT and see if I can finally start meds for ADHD.

I had an interview for a place out of Ohio that went pretty well, and with some luck I can get a temporary job for me to build residency in a more progressive state and also be closer to some friends to boot! The great satan is cringe but there’s some parts that aren’t all that bad, especially with friends.

I would also like to try some more experiences so I can find a job I think I will thrive in. ADHD sucks because it makes me so easily bored by everything even though I know by now that almost everything is an acquired taste and not something I will instantly fall in love with because it’s my destiny. I’m a bloody Marxist and I still don’t let myself analyze even the non-political with dialectics. Shit sucks.

I know generations are idealistic nonsense, but I unironically think boomers and gen X both are dealing with a permanent midlife crisis.

Some boomers seem to have this forever young mentality, and seem to resent actual young people slightly out of a sense of envy. Youth is the one thing millennials and gen Z have that they don't, and they wish they could literally steal it from them. So the closest thing they can do is make everything a luxury for the rich and clog up all the jobs to keep millennials and younger fighting tooth and nail for McDonalds jobs well into their 30s and have to live with their parents....because how DARE they ever get the spotlight and not them?

This isn't because their boomers, but I think that loads of propaganda has made this naked attention grubbing crabs-in-a-bucket mentality normalized among them.

And let me guess, the "good ol' boy" gets a standing ovation from the public and is let off the hook by local authorities....again.

It's kind of funny how the left is the most critical of the current government, yet we're the ones that actually follow laws....because we know they actually apply to us.

I hope the parallel universe version of us in this kind of world are having a good day at least.

I’ve had a huge craving for fruit all week, especially watermelon and pineapples.

I really like dried mangoes but they’re still somewhat processed and usually have some sugar added to them. Watermelons are just nice and refreshing.

Bit-lathe: All we gotta do is contact local transit authorities and tell them to ‘rebrand’ and pretend they’re private corporations and suddenly crackers will be enthusiastic.

BART? Nah, we’re the hot new transportation service called Tubulr! We’re DISRUPTING the car industry by SYNERGY with our INNOVATIVE transportation solutions! I hear they might be using AI to drive!

Now it’s a matter of getting the crackers who do live in and near the city to stop showing up to planning meetings to screed about their property values to get the housing built too.

Fuck, I’ve been relying on risotto for my lunches all week.

"Lol, we don't really read resumes. Never your's especially! It's just toooo hard!"

Oh my God, can corpos stop pretending their gross and utter incompetence is cute and quirky? Gen Z can't start their lives because we're all forced to wait in line for porky to eventually decide to get off his lazy butt and maybe consider hiring.

Republicans should be thanking their lucky stars the only people who disagree with them are the Republican Party’s moderate wing. I never want to hear chuds even whine about anything, not even non-political stuff. They are the most spoiled, undeservedly lucky demographic in human history.

And somehow even democrats are commandist ultras in amerikkka

I spoke about it before but whenever I have things I need to do, I find myself putting them off even when I'm out of the house in no small part because of how constantly busy traffic is. I may live in the middle of nowhere, but it's car dependent so there are near constant traffic jams.

Even at the grocery store I find myself wandering aimlessly because of how constantly packed the place is. The gym? It's full all the time too so it's hard for me to actually do my workout. When I'm actually in traffic I feel myself getting more and more angry and irritated. I despise how poverty forces me to stay a basement dweller in rural Ohio, I despise how slow going from point a to point b is because of how busy traffic is at all times. It makes me sad seeing fire trucks not go anywhere because of how backed up traffic is.

I think it's cutting a lot into my productivity in trying to find a job and get myself off my feet when I have to take care of other things, and I wonder if any neurodiverse people feel the same way.
