I visit my boxing gym every three days. I work there until I'm sweaty as heck. But I'm not gaining enough volume. I think my fat is inhibiting my muscle growth. But at least I'm improving my technique, and can notice performance increases.

Finish your food Xuanjun, there are starving children in America.

This build requires hail of blades to output damage quickly, so you forgo phase rush, but if you take ghost you can compensate for your lack of mobility.

Many bruiser items synergize well with Alistar because of their defensive stats and passives

Guardian angel, so you can dive their team more aggressively because of the revive. While you're temporarily dead your cooldowns go off so you can combo them again

Bloodsong, you have more consistent damage than AP builds

Steraks, for CC heavy teams, the tenacity allows you to be more sticky. Even with ult cleanse, you can still be chain cc'd

Roaming boots because it's cheap

Mercurial for magic resist, and to chase down enemies with the movespeed buff

Deaths dance along with GA for heavy AD teams, synergizes well with your passive when enemies die that makes you survive better

You can go wits end if they're AP heavy, but the attack speed feels wasteful since most of the damage should be coming from the first three hits of HoB

Secondary runes are of course hexflash and cosmic insight

The reason why I think it's better than tank or AP is because if you go tank, you're less of a threat and can be more easily ignored. If you're AP, you lack consistent damage and are heavily reliant on long cooldowns.

With AD, you have more constant DPS which makes you more of a threat, and you can still be tanky with bruiser items. Combo them, auto them twice, then for the third auto you save it for your E proc. You attack very quickly due to hail of blades.

Is this viable or troll? I only play swift games nowadays so I don't know if this is good in ranked. Though I have reached platinum in the past with tank Alistar, or was it AP alistar I forgot.

Maybe this should be reserved as a for fun only build

As someone suffering from PTSD (not yet officially diagnosed), schizophrenia and psychosis (officially diagnosed), sometimes I have trouble controlling my actions. I sent a bunch of hate mail to my past teacher because she bullied me in the past. I believe it was racially motivated since I was Asian, though when she acted she was clever enough to do it with plausible deniability. When I got arrested the police commented on how broad my shoulders were, and put me on two handcuffs instead of one. My efforts in gym-celling have paid off. Doing all those pull ups and stuff has rewarded me with stronger muscles.

Doing drugs (synthetic marijuana), getting arrested, going to a psych ward... I'm living the full American dream.

I suspect that all of the trauma from the bullying made me develop mental illnesses. I used delta-8, a drug, to cope but it made it worse.

I've been to a psych ward multiple times now, to the point where it nearly bankrupted my parents. I've thought of suicide many times before to atone for my sins, so I'll be less of a burden.

It's no wonder that in a toxic environment, I would grow up to become a damaged human. I have to leave America as soon as possible.

The American gamble has failed me. This country is a shitty investment.

One thing that shocked me a bit, or maybe I should've expected this, was that my white attorney was buddy-buddy with the prosecutor. It was nepotism in full view. It felt so wrong, even though this was to my advantage. Originally, I was going to ask a black attorney to represent me in court, but my Father stopped me and told me to hire a white lawyer instead. I thought that it would've been fine if it was a black person. How could I have been so naive. Once again, I am reminded here in America, of how white supremacy works. I've been secluded in my NEET cave for so long that I've forgotten the fundamentals of this country's workings. Now that I've realized it. Yeah, black lawyers would face an unfair level of play in the justice system.

As someone who's gone through 12 years of AmeriKKKan public school, it has deeply scarred and traumatized me. I'm autistic too.

AmeriKKKans seem to think that if you wait long enough, your sins will magically disappear.

Good luck... the USA would rather nuke the world than accept its defeat and decline into second place.

They've been genociding Muslims for years now, why do they suddenly care about Uyghurs in China?

They say that he who creates AGI will control the entire world. I wouldn't want America to dominate earth with their misaligned AI.

The USA is a baby civilization compared to China. All of the problems they're facing right now, has already been experienced by China. China has learned through their mistakes and won't repeat them.
