wow. if judges don't grow a spine here and start having their bailiffs detain some of these fucks on contempt charges as soon as they enter courtrooms in response to their extrajudicial b.s., there is no constitutional crisis... it'll just be unitary executive ruling by decree.

So unitary executive ruling by decree it is then.

Nah she was playing video games with me the whole time, it should be obvious to the courts that there’s no way she could be guilty of this

I feel like this was a trap, they wanted to see if there are "non-cooperative" judges

Saw another case circulating today another case of a judge who hid a "gang member" in their house and that happened months ago. And even that story has a fuckton of misinformation. Thats a piss take.

If you have a better link or corrections, I can change the post. I picked a link right as the story was breaking.

No nothing wrong with yours. let me rephrase that. It was another case that was months old that just came up conviniently when this came on. A bit conspiracy minded of me. Sorry if I caused confusion. Just that the way the media amplified that one along with dugan one has me side eyeing them

Very normal rule of law country things.

In bad communist country, judges who help victims of the regime by trying to prevent goons from grabbing them during judicial processes are themselves kidnapped and threatened by the state.
