we all talk big about how we want to see the end of the american empire. but then there is always a struggle session, which i am sympathic to, about the loss of services to those who need them. well, here we have it. the perfect policy that leads to the empire's end. this cut to science doesnt directly harm anyone who needs social services but directly harms the future of the empire.
