That's grumbling territory but not actually making them upset or discontent.

AFAIK, reactionaries HATE the BLM protests (no idea why), even so far as to slander them and randomly go on rants about events that they didn't personally witness or lived within 100 miles of, so I presume that Trump intentionally recreating them synthetically is probably really annoying.
For the LAPD specifically, the Switch 2 just came out and now you can't play it because you suddenly now have to work overtime for an indefinite period of time? Fuck that.
Friend worked at a gun store in 2020 and he said every day 
would come in and try to buy an AR-15 because they were genuinely terrified that black people would come to their sundown town suburb to burn their houses down.
I remember meeting a couple of these types too and they were 100% sincere with their fear of their homes being burned down by rioters (all miles away from any city/protest). I think a large part of that fear is that deep down they know they deserve something like that happening to them.
Y'all remember when the BLM protests burned down every city in the country? Because reactionaries do.
