Westboro Baptist didn't do it any favours. Doesn't help that a lot of lay Calvinists in the USA are hypercalvinists instead.

Westboro Baptists isn't why internet people think Calvinists are the devil, no one really cares about Westboro Baptist Church's actual theology they just know they're assholes. The animosity towards Calvinism is rooted in pure phantasm.

Yeah, this one was pretty alright

When Bart is forced to go to Catholic school, Liam Neeson guests as a priest who convinces Bart (and also Homer) that Catholicism comes with benefits

Also has an ending that I always really liked

Its one i oddly remember almost all of despite seeing t once 20 or so years ago and it being kinda mid from my recollection. For some reason I have distinct memories of this episode where I don't for others of the same season, and I was still watching cause I was in like 8th grade and just learning that there was good and bad Simpsons
