I think you could describe Connor O'Malley's stuff as having a sort of Midwestern Gothic bent. Someone in another group I work with got promoted to manager. I thought they were already a manager because they don't really do anything, but I guess there's always the possibility to do less.

Recently I have seen instances of revisionism where users claim UlyssesT was a "bad poster". Such perverse liberalism will not be tolerated.

My cousin told me something really sweet today. We're both in our 40s. He's very into classic rock, and I also still love the bands I grew up listening to. What I didn't know until tonight is that one day when we were about 11 years old, he was over at our house and I played my dad's Abbey Road cassette, and he was totally floored! Before that, he'd only heard pre-65 Beatles, and he had no idea how much their sound changed. So he was talking about what a big impact that moment had on him and all the music he discovered after that. It was a really cool memory to share with my cousin!
