And even if it did, a white man saying the words would have to be treated like a black man saying the n word or a gay man the f slur. Also the word was "cracker" which no one even recognizes as anything other than a comical thing to say if your goal is hurt the feelings of a white person. I'm white and would literally just laugh and wonder "huh?" internally.
