That would be good, actually. Hitler and his generals were incompetent dipshits. Critical support to Trump and his accelerationism to the end of Amerikkka.

The kind that sucked shit and lost?

[-] TheLastHero@hexbear.net 39 points 1 month ago

“People who were totally loyal to him, that follow orders.”

If you want the loyalty you need to put in the work Don. Personally I'd love to see trump try to purge the joint chiefs of staff. Make tucker carlson an admiral, send him to the red sea. Execute Mark Milley for being a chinese spy. Replace the west point curriculum with Qanon lore. Which defense contractor would try to kill him first?

Hitler lost lol.

Maybe Trump is just saying dumb shit for attention again.

Either that or he's just dumb.

Probably both.

Hitler lost lol.

Counterpoint : The bourgeoisie successfully secured a century of dominance thanks to him

[-] huf@hexbear.net 19 points 1 month ago

who knows, without hitler, we may have seen red alert (the grand fascist alliance of western europe + US against the soviets)

[-] bumpusoot@hexbear.net 18 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago)

Instead we currently have the grand fascist alliance of Western Europe + US against the less grand fascist Russia.

[-] huf@hexbear.net 11 points 1 month ago

yeah, it took them ~100 years to course correct to the war they actually really wanted

[-] lil_tank@hexbear.net 12 points 1 month ago

Yes I was talking about fascism in general, its role in capitalist preservation

[-] Weedian@hexbear.net 30 points 1 month ago

the ones that tried to kill hitler?

[-] ClathrateG@hexbear.net 14 points 1 month ago

The ones that lost and later became NATO commanders

[-] Frogmanfromlake@hexbear.net 29 points 1 month ago

This shit again. I remember them going hard on the Trump Hitler angle during 2016. That news cycle about him sleeping next to a copy of Mein Kampf was everywhere.

[-] barrbaric@hexbear.net 19 points 1 month ago

Vance said Trump was "the American Hitler" last cycle, lmao.

[-] Awoo@hexbear.net 8 points 1 month ago

Wasn't that info from his ex wife?

[-] Hestia@hexbear.net 24 points 1 month ago

Say what you want about Trump, but he sure made the trains run a couple hours behind.

[-] DavidGarcia@feddit.nl 22 points 1 month ago

It is US tradition, after all

[-] Huldra@hexbear.net 21 points 1 month ago

There's like one German general that people generally know about and he's literally the one that didn't understand logistics and also got involved in a coup plot.

[-] anaesidemus@hexbear.net 9 points 1 month ago

Rommel didn't understand logistics??? Get me in on that Nazi general slander!

[-] Belly_Beanis@hexbear.net 8 points 1 month ago

Other poster is probably referring to Operation Valkyrie and Claus von Stauffenberg, but Rommel was also a total dipshit who's "military genius" is total fiction. He overextended in North Africa and everything ran out of fuel. The Germans were forced to leave behind perfectly good tanks in order to survive their retreat. Those were of course captured by the Allies and provided a lot of data, such as answers to the German Tank Problem.

All because dumbass Rommel kept driving around in the desert when he didn't have any oil to do so.

Dont worry Steiner's attack will fix all this

[-] DamarcusArt@lemmygrad.ml 19 points 1 month ago

Trump might actually get offed by the alphabet agencies if he tries to go after the MIC and replace their yes men with his own yes men.

[-] glimmer_twin@hexbear.net 10 points 1 month ago

A Stauffenberg for our times

[-] PolandIsAStateOfMind@lemmygrad.ml 8 points 1 month ago

AKSHUALLY, Stauffenberg wasn't a general but colonel. Also he failed, Trump already have failed assassins.

[-] REgon@hexbear.net 6 points 1 month ago

We've got about six years left to turn this thing around.
And that's me being optimistic
