[-] Anticorp@lemmy.world 19 points 3 weeks ago

Fuck the police

[-] Annoyed_Crabby 68 points 3 weeks ago

Ahh yes, Aarizon, Owda, and State, my favorite places.

[-] alcoholicorn@lemmy.ml 30 points 3 weeks ago

If there can be Kansas and Arkansas, why can't there be Arizona and Aarizona?

[-] ninja@lemmy.world 10 points 3 weeks ago

But you'll have to pronounce it as Aariwona

It really went downhill since the resonance cascade.

[-] Annoyed_Crabby 7 points 3 weeks ago

It's not the same without l, ll, and ll

[-] Rai@lemmy.dbzer0.com 4 points 3 weeks ago

Not a big fan of “NI…”

[-] TheFriar@lemm.ee 8 points 3 weeks ago

Well I voted the Wicconana party. That’s like putting the women from The Craft in office, right?

[-] 0ops@lemm.ee 44 points 3 weeks ago
[-] troybot@midwest.social 28 points 3 weeks ago

Wicconana forever

[-] QuantumSparkles@sh.itjust.works 17 points 3 weeks ago

λ definitely has my vote.

Gordon Freeman 2028?

[-] SwampYankee@mander.xyz 28 points 3 weeks ago

Maine & Louisana voting for some eldritch terror, apparently.

[-] dingus@lemmy.world 8 points 3 weeks ago

Maybe they are onto something here...

[-] zephorah@lemm.ee 20 points 3 weeks ago

According to polling the last couple weeks, this is probably accurate.

[-] manucode@infosec.pub 17 points 3 weeks ago

Öl has won California, N/A has won Arizona, L_ has won Idaho, something in Arabic has won Maine and lowercase lambda has won Louisiana.

[-] Vittelius@feddit.org 9 points 3 weeks ago

Öl is German for oil and it is winning most elections as far as I know

[-] manucode@infosec.pub 5 points 3 weeks ago

It's also Swedish for beer

[-] jaybone@lemmy.world 8 points 3 weeks ago

Louisilambda

[-] rimmedalpha@lemmynsfw.com 7 points 3 weeks ago

It kind of looks like the old American Airlines logo, so Maine is now one big airport.

[-] sudo42@lemmy.world 15 points 3 weeks ago

Sadly, a lot of Americans couldn’t name the states correctly either.

[-] Anticorp@lemmy.world 8 points 3 weeks ago

We could in 8th grade, but we haven't used that knowledge very much since then.

i would like to know why the AI is predicting that there will be future states named Democraic, Wicconana, Nich Caroina, and Ohida.

[-] GrammarPolice@lemmy.world 13 points 3 weeks ago

Brain breaking map

[-] scytale@lemm.ee 12 points 3 weeks ago

I know Texas is a joke keeping Hot Wheels and Rafael in office, but do we really deserve to become Iowa?

[-] grue@lemmy.world 6 points 3 weeks ago

No, you don't deserve that privilege!

[-] VaalaVasaVarde@sopuli.xyz 10 points 3 weeks ago

I want to visit the state NWA.

[-] aeronmelon@lemmy.world 8 points 3 weeks ago

If it doesn’t go well, I’m just going to move to one of the smaller US mainlands.

[-] PyroNeurosis@lemmy.blahaj.zone 7 points 3 weeks ago

Wacky times when the Democratic States are red, and Republican Leanda is blue.

[-] merc@sh.itjust.works 6 points 3 weeks ago

I like that only Iowa and Arizona are the only states with full names labelled without weirdness, and they're completely wrong. If it were a human completing this map, I'd say those were the two states they were confident about, and they're obviously wrong.

That's almost as good as my knowledge of your states

[-] BluJay320@lemmy.blahaj.zone 5 points 3 weeks ago

Idaho became 1/4 of Loss

[-] Vernon_Tennessee@hexbear.net 5 points 3 weeks ago

Nailed the logo for both parties anyways

[-] robot_dog_with_gun@hexbear.net 5 points 3 weeks ago

the donkey turning into an elephant is pretty appropriate considering the dick cheney endorsement, fascist border policy, and ongoing genocide

[-] hexaflexagonbear@hexbear.net 5 points 3 weeks ago

Think the person who posted that is Daniel Litt, math prof at UofT. Good follow on twitter, lots of little math related humour, and he posts some fun probability problems sometimes.

[-] Anticorp@lemmy.world 4 points 3 weeks ago

Republicanlandia.
