I edited my comment. The photo caption doesn't say anything about when the photo was taken or who took it.

Inwas just thinking it would have been really cool if this happened in spetember ot so so. Everyone would have dressed up as the cool awesome shooter. It would be like a Joker movie came out that didn't dissapoint.
