That article is for lay-persons and really an awareness article I surmise. If you’re technical you are likely already aware of the security concerns with jacascript.

Malicious javascript seeks to bypass security controls. It’s one of the reasons NoScript is a thing. It could be a malware loaded from an ad. Biggest reason for adblockers imo.

Check out this link for learning about this stuff.

I would rather see long-press comment or post bring up select text and select the text under my cursor.

Edit, is OPs request what the “jump” buttons could help with?

I’m not sure I follow.

In my experience, RDP locks the screen for anyone at the physical machine. It sounds like OP is wanting a simultaneous screen sharing.

If Meta stole it from Moga then Moga stole it from mathematics. It’s just a stylized infinity symbol. Moga and Meta’s symbols are both stylized differently so what’s the problem?

As far as I’ve been able to tell, OP is interested in an OS for their desktop or laptop, not steam deck, so desktop is likely a valid concern of theirs.

I agree the Steam Deck’s proprietary interface is decently polished.

That sounds awesome. Does it have maintenance reminders and consumable part descriptions/part numbers? I can never remember different filters I need for various things (water, fridge, furnace, cars, etc).

Having not RTFA, did they take cells from other people without adequate consent? If yes it doesn’t matter that they weren’t as valuable, the same offense happened.

I’m sorry that you’re going through this and I have no useful advice. If anyone else is reading this, this is why the saying is if you’re not storing offsite you have no backups.

Thanks for the tip! I found an app (wefwef) to literally replace my habits from the Good Place and haven’t bothered to actually learn much about this place yet.
