This is like someone trying to write in Disco Elysium's style but having none of the sauce that makes the writing good
The language has complexity but fails to be evocative. It reiterates itself with adjectives like tinny, followed by a quote about hollowness, a message the former already gives. It's prose that lacks faith in itself. It's words used accurately, without precision.
