what even is wire fraud? who did he defraud? idk anything about his whole arc. i just remember hearing he lied about something or something idk
i assume a bank lost money and thats the only reason he’s going to jail
he stole credit card info from his own donors to buy onlyfans subscriptions among other things lol. iirc one of the people he defrauded was the mother of another member of congress
Wire fraud is fraud done through the Internet or radio. He wasn't stealing from banks, he was just defrauding random people to pay for his campaign and personal expenses.
