And not even the ability. Queen terf is defining womanhood by hypothetical, abstract ability to bear children. Since I think she's trying to include people with androgen resistance syndrome in her definition (intersex people born with outwardly female physiques but XY chromosomes).
She's both a terf and believes intersex people are broken, lesser versions of a human.
People with complete AIS are still born with internal testes, so even though most people would consider them female, JK Rowling would label them male.
She says this and then calls Imane Khelif a man.
