He loves attention and feeling important, and thinks he can just throw toddler's temper tantrum to solve any issue he has. There's no way he would ever turn down the chance to become president.

It would be extremely funny if he throws a tantrum and he'll think he's making a bunch of vague references to overdosing on purpose but it won't be at all vague.
