I'd be really surprised, it's not like Hamas or any Palestinian liberation org has ties to fucking ISIS... Israel sure as shit do but in the off chance there were flags it probably won't be investigated because it was some Zionist stirring up shit.

They might have just seen a flag they couldn't identify with Arabic writing and assumed it was ISIS

The ISIS flag isn't really unique to them, it's just a type of jihad flag. A lot of militant groups use some variation of white text of the shahada on a black background. So it's possible, I don't know. Probably not though.

I did see people in pictures waving Hamas flags but whatever, death to Israel.
