With how many ineffective public statements Scott Bessent has made on cable news networks regarding Trump Tariffs I’m surprised he’s still in this role.
it feels like when Bessent and Lutnick are on TV all of their statements are so badly calibrated for a general audience. maybe it's because when they appear the only viewer they are seeking to impress is Trump?
