Behind the banner is Hunter Biden and Bernie Sanders, FYI. Hunter Biden / Chelsea Clinton would be a great Fail-Child ticket. Although Pritzker / Fetterman would definitely be the best based purely on Large Oaf -ishness.

My bet is Chelsea Clinton with a hologram Kurzgezgat bird as VP

I’m shocked Van Hollen isn’t on the list at all, that’s a real dark horse. I interpreted his trip to El Salvador as both genuine and with an eye on the White House. I feel like he’s a good candidate for them in that he’s still 100% establishment but has a few aspects to him that don’t make him seem like a totally soulless ghoul. He actually did something against the Trump admin beyond tweeting out “this isn’t normal”.

Pritzker below The Rock, Stephen A and Jon Stewart seems really weird. I think he has presidential ambitions and his style (combatative, compared to other Dems at least) I think will make him really popular.

AOC #2 behind Newsom is incredible, if there’s one stonk I wish I could short it would be that one. Ignoring her politics, she really seems kinda bad at retail politics. I think other seasoned Dems will drink her milkshake. She’s like Kamala in that she might look good on paper but when the spotlight is on her she folds.

I despise Whitmer and Shapiro but they should both be higher, like in the top 5 with Newsom and Pritzker.

Also WTF happened to Walz? I think if the Harris campaign didn’t muzzle him they might have actually pulled off a win. He’s not on the radar at all?

Edit: Beshear is like a younger Walz. He’s definitely running and I can see him getting a lot of vote share from the base. I would round out my top 5 with him. I think it says something that it’s mainly governors near the top and Senate dems are largely absent. Schumer is such a dogshit leader.

Isn't Pritzker the only government official who said he'll actually use the police or military to fight off ICE? That's good shit and what we've been begging Democratic politicians to do. He definitely deserves to be much higher.

These numbers are so weird. Where do they get them from?

You underestimate the amount of propaganda we get out in the Midwest about how full of violent crime Chicago is. It's incredibly influential on the kinds of older very online liberals that these polls are likely based on.

[-] SevenSkalls@hexbear.net 5 points 1 month ago

I always forget that everyone thinks Chicago looks like those Escape from New York or Escape from Los Angeles movies.

If I were a betting man I'd put some money on Barack. My contention is that if Trump decides to run again then Barry will too.

[-] corgiwithalaptop@hexbear.net 13 points 1 month ago

Trump will run a 3rd time but any past dem presidents will go "BUT MUH CONSTITUIONERINO"

What if we get a Dark Obama arc, where he actually does all the shit he talked about in 2007?

Dark Obama arc

This feels like a bait

[-] Carl@hexbear.net 4 points 1 month ago

We were all having fun with the Dark Brandon stuff, if third terms came into play and Barry stepped up they would 100% repurpose these memes onto him.

[-] SchillMenaker@hexbear.net 5 points 1 month ago

You're 100% right about that but right wingers would immediately start calling him Dark Obama as well but for a different reason.

[-] KurtVonnegut@hexbear.net 6 points 1 month ago

I mean, Obama would have to have a "reverse Fetterman stroke" that destroys the liberal/conservative parts of his brain in order for this to become a reality. Obama's words and actions have shown that he has no genuine interest in leftist politics, it was all for show.

[-] SchillMenaker@hexbear.net 5 points 1 month ago

Maybe but at the same odds as Mr Beast he's a better buy

[-] sisatici@hexbear.net 16 points 1 month ago

Joe Biden is not on the list? Wow, people are going to be shocked

35% odds for Gavin is crazy it’s still 2025 if I wanted to gamba I would definitely buy no shares

Remember when Howard Schultz and Jeb Bush were considered serious prospects? They were being hyped up in like 2015 before the midterms and they ended up being massive flops.

This much certainty around a candidate when we still have another three years to go is absolutely wild nobody should be valued over 20 percent right now.

Libs online are just spamming him that means nothing it’s the Ron Paul bullshit again; making him the presumptive nominee just because there’s a bunch of noise online is absolutely bizarre

Obama/harris

[-] UmbraVivi@hexbear.net 7 points 1 month ago

AOC would need to sell out way harder to get anything from the Dems.

[-] Wertheimer@hexbear.net 7 points 1 month ago

Stephen A. Smith / LeBron James unity ticket, putting aside their differences for the good of the nation.

[-] moss_icon@hexbear.net 6 points 1 month ago

Luke Skywalker/Harry Potter

[-] Tabitha@hexbear.net 6 points 1 month ago

I think AOC will run, she's only 1% nanzi Pelosi atm but she'll transform into her final fasc days after winning the primary.

[-] mudpuppy@hexbear.net 5 points 1 month ago

is there any chance this will be the election cycle where we have the option to vote for a leftist

Surprised to not see Anthony Weiner's name on here.

[-] AlohaMaesterHand@hexbear.net 1 points 1 month ago

🤣 LOL, what are these people going to do when they realize there aren't going to be any more elections in this so-called country? 🤔 I mean, that type of normality is obviously over, right? We have a President-for-life now: the Supremes are set to codify it under the guise of emergency powers, and the military will absolutely disappear or just shoot anyone who dares to question that reality.

[-] duderium@hexbear.net 6 points 1 month ago

I’m on the fence here. It seems like you save a lot of money by having fake elections that distract shitloads of people rather than no elections at all, since that infuriates lots of people and would probably lead to terrorism, guerrilla action, maybe even revolution.
