I'm having trouble finding any sympathy for anyone who would willingly attend "ApeFest, a music festival run by the company behind Bored Ape NFTs."
Honestly, my friend tried to convince me to attend some other crypto music festival that somehow got headliners like Yves Tumor and Caroline Palochek but that was still the easiest rejection I ever gave my entire life

They'll make a series of apes specifically accessible to sight-impared people as part of the settlement. The class action will allow the concert attendees special access to purchase the new apes.
Could have just gone outside and stared at the sun for an hour, gotten the exact same results, with the added bonus of keeping their money but who the fuck said these guys are smart.
