Well you can't write in the snow without a full bladder. Those will suffice.

Can we just pause for a second and acknowledge that "stand in one place like Hank Hill and guzzle those skinny boys down" is some fantastic phrasing.

This sounds like a precursor to a "goodbye" note.

Hippest new bar in town, drinking 6 Michelob ultras in a snowy parking lot

[-] ensignrick@startrek.website 1 points 11 months ago

Mmmmmm bop bop bop..... mmmmmmm bop bop bop.

[-] SpaceNoodle@lemmy.world 12 points 11 months ago

This is why I would drink bottles of vodka - far less litter.

[-] FordBeeblebrox@lemmy.world 9 points 11 months ago

Is it one person drinking all 6 or a ski patrol group drinking one after work? Ski resort parking lots have loooots of fossils like this

[-] 21Cabbage@lemmynsfw.com 3 points 11 months ago

I'd blame lifties more than patrol. F&Bs probably the most likely to litter though.

[-] FordBeeblebrox@lemmy.world 4 points 11 months ago

Maybe but lifties are usually the lowest paid and just clock in out and leave. I showed up to make snow overnight and it was always patrol the last couple trucks in the lot.

[-] 21Cabbage@lemmynsfw.com 4 points 11 months ago

Was an operator for five years, they don't drink at resort bars but lifties definitely drink on resort and on the way back home. That being said the awesome bus services most Colorado mountain valleys have sort of takes the parking lot out of the equation, at least for most staff. I mean, why would I drive anywhere if the bus is at most 20 minutes away?

I don't understand a single reference, and don't feel like target audience.

This meme got me down
