Nah, not my thing. What I like about these guys is the voice. The lyrics are just silly.
Ok fair, but Cisco has the most buttery smooth voice around! Not trying to convince you to like something you don't, just have to go to bat for the guy

This song confused me as a kid so I asked my dad what is was about, he explained who the people in the crash were. But 9/11 had just happened and I was just like oh that's basically nothing compared to that and he had to admit that was true.

I'm kinda shocked this guy's still alive.
Honestly, I learned about this song because of the Madonna cover like 25 years ago, and had no idea what it was about.
American Pie is one of those songs that would make me walk off to do odd tasks or take a bathroom break at work should it have popped up on the radio.
