Still can't pardon people serving life sentences for drug possession, though. Wouldn't want people getting the idea democrats are anything except blood sucking vampire ghoul fucks.

Of course they can't, those non-violent offenders are needed to (literally) slave away in workshops and cotton fields! Best save the pardons for the rich ghouls who are in a glorified country club serving their sentences
