This has been going on for years. I still don't know what "Nitro" is. Other than forums, my understanding of Discord and usage of it is basically the same as it was in like 2015 or 16 when I had to quit using Skype and switch to Discord because Skype finally broke the tricks I was using to block its in-app ads.
Nitro is like a monthly subscription and you can donate nitro "points" to servers on a monthly basis, and more points means the server gets better services like higher bitrates and various flashy whatever and moderation tools
The only thing I've ever considered this for is the bigger upload limit but you need like 5 people's credits to get that for a server anyways.
People pay lile 15 bucks a month for emotes, it's insane.
Hexbear Gold+ could be a goldmine
Monthly subscription to unlock hexbear hardmode which disables the word filter so you're free of the sc*unthorpe problem. But the rules still apply
