100% of Trump voters voted for him after they saw him on tape bragging about sexual assault, so . . .

[-] vegeta1@hexbear.net 10 points 12 hours ago

And use it as a fucking catch phrase too

[-] Sithlorddahlia@hexbear.net 21 points 15 hours ago

This shit is not surprising. Libs went through their own denial with Biden's allegations. I remember seeing people flat out deny or believe there's no way Biden's allegations were remotely true. But in the same breath, they would believe everything about Trump.

Americans have always revered pedophiles. One of the most popular tourist attractions is a monument dedicated to Thomas Jefferson. 6 children with 14 year old slave Sally Heming, and yet they'll tell you to stop living in the past when bringing it up. Pedophiles having power in American politics at the consent of voters is not new.

Yup. I spoke with someone about it, the conversation was almost verbatim:

"Of course Biden did it. Look at him. They all do that. These politicians all get into these positions, abuse their power, and assault women. But not Trump."

There’s no way it’s that low. If it was that low that would be amazing news honestly.

[-] NephewAlphaBravo@hexbear.net 25 points 16 hours ago

47% admit it, 53% are liars

[-] vegeta1@hexbear.net 3 points 14 hours ago

I thought the same thing.

[-] Hestia@hexbear.net 15 points 15 hours ago

More than 47% of republicans will never believe that Trump is a pedophile. Moreover, for many of them, pedophilia isn't a crime. It's just a term you use to refer to your enemies by.

These are the types of voters liberals are willing to throw the trans community under the bus for, huh? "We're willing to reach across the aisle and work with diddlers/diddler enablers but trans autonomy is simply beyond the pale!"

[-] Pentacat@hexbear.net 20 points 17 hours ago

It’s important to remember that liberals only oppose the aesthetics of the Republicans; there is nothing else that they oppose.

[-] vegeta1@hexbear.net 2 points 13 hours ago

Watch.... They'll throw trans community under the bus then opposing gerrymandering will be beyond the pale just like the electoral collage

[-] SorosFootSoldier@hexbear.net 18 points 16 hours ago

They spent almost a decade decoding the brain farts of some random boomer on 4chan who was Q and now that it's looking like the call was coming from inside the house it doesn't matter anymore. These people don't have any beliefs or convictions, all that's up in their head is Trump good and own the libs.

Conservative ''it's actually hebephilia'' speedrun (any %)

[-] LangleyDominos@hexbear.net 21 points 17 hours ago

Epstein is going to be another historical thing that got buried and will make you seem crazy to future generations when you talk about it. I don't think capitalist or Trump are gods, they are fallible, but someone has to be willing to enforce consequences. There is not one person I can think of, in any position of power, who is willing to do that. Even Trump's enemies don't want to rock the boat that hard. I mean what an opportunity for JD Vance to realpolitik his way into power. You couldn't ask for this kind of gift even in a political thriller TV show.

[-] Assian_Candor@hexbear.net 15 points 17 hours ago* (last edited 17 hours ago)

I keep thinking about that especially with the absolute dogshit job that trump is doing on tariffs you know the demons of palantir are swirling around whispering their cursed incantations

On the other hand I feel like this might just be my version of QAnon / Russiagate, my brain inventing alternate realities in the face of horrors it cannot comprehend. Like there has to be something, right?

No, of course there doesn't

[-] anarchoilluminati@hexbear.net 3 points 12 hours ago

I remember people looking at me like I was literally insane when I would talk about Epstein and Lolita Express in like 2009.

Just as the liberals were consigned to vote for genocide when Biden was in the race and when Kamala pledged zero deviation when she replaced him.

And at the end of the day the same logic will be used: the Republicans will vote for 99% pedophile Trump to defeat the 100% pedophile deep state.

[-] LENINSGHOSTFACEKILLA@hexbear.net 39 points 20 hours ago

And at the end of the day the same logic will be used: the Republicans will vote for 99% pedophile Trump to defeat the 100% pedophile deep state.

This is really the crux of it. No matter what happens, it will always boil down to "the two party system isn't perfect but its the only one we got and this time for realzies we will fix it AFTER the MOST IMPORTANT ELECTION OF OUR LIVES.

[-] Lussy@hexbear.net 13 points 18 hours ago* (last edited 18 hours ago)

Just as the liberals were consigned to vote for genocide when Biden was in the race and when Kamala pledged zero deviation when she replaced him.

I don’t think Libs voted for Biden because they wanted the genocide to continue, and it inevitably would regardless of who was in power. Whereas most Republicans definitely vote for the pedophile to exterminate minorities, this is why the Epstein stuff never broke their support. Trump’s doing genuinely great things for them.

[-] GrouchyGrouse@hexbear.net 14 points 17 hours ago

Good points, but I'm not saying they voted for the genocide, just that they were consigned to vote for Biden or Kamala regardless of the genocide because of all the other things the Biden administration was doing they approved of.

So on the issue of the genocide for them or Epstein for the magas it's a thing they claim to care about but in they end they'll vote for their version of "99% hitler"

But you are totally correct that the hogs definitely get more out of Trump than the dems got out of Biden, and their voting loyalties will reflect that difference.

[-] relativestranger@feddit.nl 27 points 19 hours ago

vote for him for what? he's done.

right?

right?!?

[-] anarchoilluminati@hexbear.net 4 points 11 hours ago

Somehow, Trump returned.

Nah, we'll know exactly how it happened.

[-] Philosoraptor@hexbear.net 15 points 16 hours ago

Yeah, intentional or not, this is consent-manufactuting for him running for a third term. It's normalizing the idea.

[-] TankieTanuki@hexbear.net 18 points 18 hours ago* (last edited 18 hours ago)

He's going to downgrade to mayor of NYC like Cuomo is trying to.

[-] PKMKII@hexbear.net 6 points 15 hours ago

If Vance becomes president, then Trump is just some dude hanging around the White House giving him advice janet-wink

[-] hankthetankie@hexbear.net 5 points 17 hours ago

I'm thinking he took a tip from Putin's playbook

[-] john_brown@hexbear.net 5 points 15 hours ago* (last edited 15 hours ago)

He's not clever enough to change the term limits beforehand.
