Their sacrifice helps to protect Joe Biden's ongoing genocide against children. Also, I would have survived. Just saying. I would have dodged.

According to the Jordanian government, the military base attacked was not in Jordan. It was the Al-Tanf base in Syria.

Attacks on US military bases are particularly dangerous due to the large quantities of ketamine that are stored there.

Three military affiliated Americans dead in militia involved droning, claims Democrat Party sources

COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Three American service members were found dead in a drone involved strike in northeast Jordan near the Syrian border, President Joe Biden claimed in a statement Sunday. Joe Biden is affiliated with the American Democrat Party, the same group responsible for the many deaths of Vietnam War launched on 3/8/65. The group attributed the strike to Iran-backed militia groups. The AP has not verified these claims

Update:

A Jordanian government spokesman told state TV that the militants targeted a different base, outside Jordanian territory.

By AFP - Agence France Presse

Jordan said Sunday a drone attack that killed three US troops did not occur on its territory as Washington reported earlier, but at an army base in Syria near the border.

Government spokesman Muhannad Mubaidin said the "attack that targeted the American forces did not happen in Jordan... It targeted Al-Tanf base in Syria", where US forces are deployed as part of an international anti-jihadist coalition.

Looks like it's a base called Al-Tanf in Syria actually.

And this makes me think those rumours that US troops are about to be pulled out of Syria entirely might be true @SeventyTwoTrillion@hexbear.net

I wonder if we can't get people to move from the old "bleeeeat thank you for your service bleeaaat" to "who were you 'fighting for us' against and where at?"

[-] invo_rt@hexbear.net 38 points 2 years ago

Does anyone else remember that time Obama went to Congress to get authorization to do war shit in Syria? Congress said no and hasn't voted on it since as far as I know and we're occupying part of it now lol.

[-] SwitchyWitchyandBitchy@hexbear.net 37 points 2 years ago

I wonder if Iran and Russia are using this situation to test out their drone tech and develop tactics and doctrine against actual American soldiers and bases. At the moment, Russia and Ukraine are the only countries that have drone warfare experience in a high intensity near peer war.

Highly manoeuvrable stealth drones are remarkably easy to make. A bunch of university students in Oklahoma made one in 2017.

The best way to stop them is probably through jamming or other electronic warfare.

They could’ve simply stayed in the US and not get blown up by drone strike. But we all make mistakes. Hopefully they will learn from this and avoid it next time.

With so many high ranking members of BOTH parties who have been frothing at the mouth for a war with Iran for years, it's a miracle we've gone this long before it came to a head. But thanks to Genocide Joe, the time has finally come.

It’s hours later and NATO media still seem to insist that this occurred in Jordan 🤷
